We all have fears about what the future holds for us at some point in our life. While in secondary school, my provisions always finished less than three days after every visiting day while my mates own will probably last for one week or more. I would lament I don't have self control over the things I ate. But now, my fridge will be stocked and provisions will be everywhere begging to be eaten.

Now, you may not have friends or feel you don't have savings while your mates are saving and spending big at the same time, making investments here and there while you're just there watching life like a movie. After publishing 3 books in 2012, I went broke and thank God for my peeps who got my back. I felt I was too stupid and wasteful. But now, I have six published books and a good management ability to utilize the little I have in building what I want for my life.

All you need is to give yourself time and work on yourself. Always be ready to identify your faults and believe you can improve and become better. Psychologists call it "The Growth Mindset". And I love the State of New Mexico motto which translates to "it grows as it goes." So each time you feel something is wrong with you, something is probably wrong. Work on it and give yourself time.

Till we get to the Promised Land, I shall be waiting for when you will pass me a glass of water and thank God for the gift of grace for the race.
